In the coming weeks, Inter management will sit down with back-up goalkeeper Daniele Padelli to discuss his future at the club according to a report from FCInterNews.it.

The Italian shot-stopper’s current deal with the Nerazzurri is due to expire at the end of the season and the future of other goalkeepers will have an affect on his own future with Tomasso Berni and Raffaele Di Gennaro’s deals also about to expire at the club.

Padelli has been with Inter since the Summer of 2017 and served as the deputy to undisputed number one goalkeeper Samir Handanovic.

He has been limited to just two appearances in an Inter shirt since his arrival on a free transfer following the expiration of his deal with fellow Serie A club Torino.

With this in mind, the player could opt against signing a renewal if he is to be offered one in favour of a move elsewhere where he can be guaranteed more game time. With reports suggesting Inter will bring Andrei Radu back on top of Gabriel Brazao joining, it casts a shadow over Padelli’s future for sure.
