Inter’s Argentinian attacker Mauro Icardi praised compatriot Lautaro Martinez for scoring the only goal of the game in the Europa League match against Rapid Vienna via his Instagram account.

The former Inter captain shared a photo in stories of the app congratulating Lautaro before posting a cryptic message, sharing the photo below together with the caption: “It’s better to keep your mouth shut and appear stupid than open it and remove all doubt. Mark Twain”

It remains to be seen who the former Inter captain was referring to but one thing is certain, that quote does not belong to neither Mark Twain, Abraham Lincoln, Franz Kafka or Ernest Hemmingway but by Maurice Switzer.
