Sime Vrsaljko has had successful surgery on his knee, the Croatian has revealed through his social media channels.
The right back joined Inter on loan from Atletico Madrid in the Summer after a stellar showing at the World Cup but his time with the Nerazzurri has been disrupted by injury and is as good as over due to now needing to recover.
“The operation has gone super! Thanks to everyone for the support,” he posted to his official Instagram profile.
