Atalanta defender Gianluca Mancini has reiterated his commitment to the Atalanta cause amidst ongoing media speculation linking him with a Summer move away from La Dea.
Inter are among those understood to be interested but he has insisted that he not thinking about the Nerazzurri.
“I have family members who are Inter supporters, I had a poster of Marco Materazzi on my wall growing up. I also liked Ronaldo while my father adored Christian Vieri, so I also had a poster of him.
My dream was always to play in Serie A and I do not think about the Nerazzurri because Atalanta is also a strong club, just like Inter. It is a dream come true to be here at Atalanta.”
The central defender is among a host of names believed to be on Inter’s shortlist for the Summer alongside the likes of Sampdoria’s Joachim Andersen.
This season Mancini has made 20 appearances across all competitions in which he has scored six goals and tallied one assist in 1623 minutes.
