Corriere della Sera have revealed the details of the events from yesterday where Wanda Icardi’s car was targeted and hit with stones amidst the recent drama.
Wanda was taking one of her son’s to a football match in Bregnano, near to Como and not far from Appiano Gentile alongside two of her other children. As she was leaving the motorway, a person in a car that pulled up alongside her threw stones at it. It is believed that a posse of three cars followed Wanda from the Icardi family home.
Understandably shaken by the events and with the children in tears, Inter’s security team were alerted and Inter chief executive Giuseppe ‘Beppe’ Marotta called her to understand what had happened.
Moreover, the report from Corriere della Sera explains that the Argentine has been subjected to multiple death threats on social media and even via text message due to the situation between herself, her husband and Inter.
