Inter Midfielder Joao Mario: “Sampdoria Are A Good Team”

Inter’s Portuguese international midfielder Joao Mario stopped by Inter TV, to share his thoughts going into the Serie A clash at home at the Stadio Giuseppe Meazza in Milano’s San Siro district, against Sampdoria, with kick-off scheduled for 18.00 CET.

The former Sporting player underlined how important it is for the team to continue this run of wins, particularly returning to winning ways at the San Siro.

“We have won due matches in a row away from home, we hope to be able to return to winning at home, in our stadium. This is what we all want, so we all hope that we will play a good match.”

“This is a good match to pick up confidence ahead of the return leg against Rapid Vienna in the Europa League. But now we are focused entirely on Sampdoria who are a good team. We want to gift something to our fans, we hope that we can win.”
