LionRock Capital chief executive and founder and newly appointed Inter board member Daniel Tseung has shared his pride at being appointed to the Nerazzurri board of directors earlier on today.

“It is an honour to have been appointed a member of the Board of Directors of FC Internazionale Milano with Tom Pitts,” the Chinese-American businessman said.

He proceeded to speak on the potential that he sees in the club that the Hong Kong based fund has a 31.05% stake in, having purchased former president Erick Thohir’s shares from him in recent months.

“At LionRock Capital we are very optimistic about the prospects for commercial development of sports activities and, in particular, we believe that FC Internazionale Milano has great potential for future development and we will support the Club as much as possible so that it can achieve its goal of becoming one of the best football clubs in the world.”
