Turin-based newspaper Tuttosport focus on one particular by-law that was confirmed as one of the changes during the shareholders’ meeting that the Inter board of directors held on Monday:

President Steven Zhang obtained from the board “All powers of signings, to be exercised without restrictions and without limits of amount, on his signature.” Therefore, any type of transfer can be confirmed by Stevan Zhang, that until October 26th, he instead had a limit for incoming transfers of up to €40 Million.

For operations up to €20 Million however, Marotta and Antonello will have the power of signing a new transfer with joint signatures.

Steven Zhang is the youngest president of the Nerazzurri and along with Suning have formed a board looking to take Inter back to the top of European football. They were recently joined on the board by the minority shareholders, LionRock Capital, who purchased a 31.05% stake in the club from the former owner and president Erik Thohir.
