Two of Juventus’ management were asked about the possibility of a swap deal between Juventus and Inter involving Paulo Dybala and Mauro Icardi prior to last night’s Champions League match to Atletico Madrid.
One of those who was asked was Juventus sporting director Fabio Paratici, who gave absolutely no time to the idea..
“We have to think about the game tonight,” Paratici stressed in an interview with Sky Sport before moving on to the next question.
Juventus vice-president Pavel Nedved was also asked about the possibility.
“We absolutely do not fear an Inter assault in summer for Paulo Dybala,” the Czech said.
“We expect something special from him because players who wear the number 10 always have something more than the others.”
The Bianconeri succumbed to a 2-0 defeat away from home with Atletico Madrid’s goals coming from Jose Maria Gimenez and Inter bound Diego Godin in the last 10 minutes of the match at the Wanda Metropolitano.
