Dario D’Ambrosio insists that his brother Danilo D’Ambrosio deserves to be playing at the level he currently is.
“I hope that my brother starts for Inter against Fiorentina, I will be cheering for him,” he said in an interview with RMC Sport.
“We always talk but we talk a little about football, we talk about other things, especially our children.
“He has reached important levels and he deserves it.”
Dario, who is a footballer himself and plays for Serie B side La Spezia, then went on to give his thoughts on the Mauro Icardi situation at Inter.
“I never ask my brother Icardi,” he continued.
“I have met Icardi and he seems to be a good lad, but I do not know how to talk about these internal things.
“He has always done good for Inter. If I were in his situation, I would do anything to go and get the armband back.”
