Ivan Rakitic has declared he wants to stay at Barcelona amidst a wealth of rumours linking him with a move to host of other clubs in the Summer transfer window.

The 30-year-old has been with Barcelona since 2014 and is reportedly of interest to Inter, Bayern Munich and Paris St. Germain.

“There are so many rumours, but I still have three years left on my contract and what I want is to stay with Barca,” the Croatian midfielder told Spanish newspaper Sport after the Blaugrana’s 4-2 win over his former employers Sevilla last night.

He continued, “I am obviously flattered by the interest of other big clubs but I only see myself at Barcelona, sometimes you have to laugh when you get your coffee in the morning and read the newspapers.”

This season he has made 37 appearances across all competitions for the Spanish powerhouses in which he has scored four goals and tallied seven assists.
