Two Napoli fans have been summoned for questioning by Milan Police in connection with the death of an Inter ultra at the end of last year, according to a report from Sky TG24.

Inter ultra Daniele Belardinelli died in hospital from injuries sustained as a result of being run over by a car as part of violent clashes between Inter and Napoli ultras prior to the two sides facing each other at San Siro on December 26.

Investigators have now identified the two cars involved, a modified Audi and a Renault Kadjar and have seized both vehicles that both belong to Napoli fans.

The two Napoli fans who have been summoned for questioning are two on a long list of suspects at risk of being charged with voluntary homicide among other charges.

The pair will be accompanied for questioning by Emilio Coppola, a lawyer who represents a number of Napoli fans, the report concludes.
