Football agent Alessandro Beltrami has spoken on his close relationship with clients Inter midfielder Radja Nainggolan and Cagliari’s Inter linked Nicolo Barella.
“We have a real family bond with each other. Both Radja and Nicolò wanted me as godfather to their daughters and for me this means more than anything. In fact I have tattooed the initials of their names on the arm,” he told Gazzetta dello Sport.
“I am always there for them and they are there for me too. In 2012 I had health problems that forced me to stay away from work for months and very important offers from Russia came for Nainggolan. He waited and he was very close to me for the whole period and put me in front of his personal interests.”
He then spoke on one thing he doesn’t like about each of his clients.
“Radja is too available to those who do not deserve him whereas Nicolò has a bad relationship with the telephone. He takes hours before he responds to a message [laughs].”
Barella has long been linked to Inter and it has been suggested that Nainggolan being at Inter could help a move come to fruition.
Beltrami was asked in conclusion if he believes they can play together to which he replied: “Strong players can always play together, do you not know?”
