SPAL’s Manuel Lazzari is hoping to be back for his side’s upcoming match against Inter according to a report from Sky Sport.

The winger will not be fit enough to feature this weekend as his side take on Fiorentina and in all likelihood he will also not be in a good enough condition to play a part in the game thereafter with Sampdoria.

Lazzari has been dealing with a thigh injury and has been following a personalised training schedule in training this week but he has still been struggling with the report stating that he is still limping about.

Prior to his injury, the 25-year-old had been near ever present for the Biancazzurri having made no less than 24 appearances across all competitions this term.

In just over 2400 minutes on the park, the Italian international has contributed eight assists but is still looking to score his first goal of the campaign.
