Inter and Juventus are heading closer to a swap deal involving Mauro Icardi and Paulo Dybala, at least according to a report from La Repubblica.

Icardi is growing increasingly distant from the Nerazzurri and the Rome based newspaper believe that there is more to the 26-year-old liking Juventus defender Joao Cancelo’s social media post celebrating a Juventus win than simply just liking a former teammate’s post.

The report also states that Icardi’s wife/agent Wanda Icardi has a desire to sit down and discuss the ongoing saga with Inter president Steven Zhang.

Zhang proved decisive in changing Ivan Perisic’s mind at the end of the January transfer window and he could well help solve the current stalemate between club management and Icardi.

Icardi has missed Inter’s past five games claiming to have a knee injury although Inter’s tests they performed on him showed that there was no problem which has led to speculation that he is faking injury.
