Inter legend Andreas Brehme has shared his thoughts ahead of tonight’s Europa League clash between the Nerazzurri and Eintracht Frankfurt.
“Eintracht is playing very good football at the moment and therefore it will not be easy for Inter, especially if they were to continue to play how they did against Cagliari,” Brehme said in an interview with TuttoMercatoWeb.
“Tonight I will be backing Inter but it will take courage from them in order to win.”
He then went on to discuss Inter’s opponents strengths and weaknesses.
“Eintracht’s main strength is their goalkeeper while today it is hard to point out any weakness in the team.”
Brehme, who spent four years at Inter between 1988-1992, then shared his opinion on the saga between the club and Mauro Icardi.
“One thing I do not understand is how it is possible that a wife of a footballer can decide the fate of her husband, which should just not be possible. “
