Radja Nainggolan is hopeful that he can recover in time to play a part in the Milan derby in 10 days time according to a report from Gazzetta dello Sport.
Inter yesterday confirmed that the Belgian had picked up a calf injury and that his condition would be reassessed next week.
Neither Inter nor Nainggolan are worried about what is the latest in a long list of set-backs for the 30-year-old in his short time with the Nerazzurri so far.
There is a lot of regret on Nainggolan’s part though as in the past few weeks he finally seemed to have hit peak condition and found top form and had looked to put his injury problems behind him.
This is his fourth injury of the season which falls at an absolutely crucial time of the season for the Nerazzurri where every single point is crucial for their bid to qualify for the Champions League for next season.
