Keita Balde will see some action this afternoon as Inter play host to SPAL at San Siro this afternoon according to a report from Tuttosport.

The Senegalese attacker has been out injured with a thigh problem since January and his return comes at the perfect time, especially ahead of Thursday’s Europa League round of 16 second leg with Eintracht Frankfurt.

With Mauro Icardi presumably still going to sit out and Lautaro Martinez suspended, Inter are left without a striker and therefore there is a very real possibility that the 24-year-old could be called upon to lead the Inter attack.

Keita Balde, as per the Turin based newspaper, will see around 30 minutes of action today and will replace the aforementioned Lautaro Martinez on the field.

The report also touches upon the condition of Radja Nainggolan. The Belgian picked up an injury in training the day before the first leg against Eintracht Frankfurt and his chances of recovering for next weekend’s Milan derby at very small.
