13,500 Eintracht Frankfurt Fans To Travel To Milan For Europa League Second Leg Against Inter

Some 13,500 Eintracht Frankfurt fans will be in attendance at San Siro on Thursday night for the second leg of their round of 16 Europa League match with Inter according to a report from Gazzetta dello Sport.

The Milan based newspaper warn that measures have been taken to limit ticket sales for away fans due to the fact that the Eintracht ultras have alliances with Lazio and Atalanta ultras. Tickets are therefore prohibited to being sold to Rome and Bergamo residents unless they are Inter fan card holders.

The travelling Eintracht support will fill the entire third blue ring of the Curva Sud and will have a section of the third red ring too.

Moreover, the report goes on to state that the Milanese Police department are aware of the high risk that this match poses, particularly in terms of potential fan violence and they will be appropriately equipped to deal with potential trouble.
