FC Lorient youngster Julien Ponceau has welcomed the reported interest of Inter in his services whilst also revealing his footballing goals in an interview with FCInterNews.it.

“I’m the type of footballer who likes to have possession of the ball. I always try to be an added value for the team and look to be an option for my teammates at all times.

“I try very humbly to be inspired by the best players who play in the same position. I really like Kanté, Iniesta and De Jong.”

He was then asked about what his dreams in football are.

“I want to reach the stars but I know that I will have to keep my feet firmly planted on the ground. First, I’d like to join a top club and win a European trophy. I am very proud to be in the France under 18 and under 19 teams but I dream of going even further and maybe win more than one competition with my country.

He concluded by speaking on the alleged interest in his services.

“Inter are a top club. A worldwide club. I am very proud of their possible interest. For all players, Inter represents a type of company that makes an ambitious footballer dream.”
