Former Inter President Massimo Moratti gave an exlusive interview to RAI Sport focusing on the difficult moment Inter are going through.

“It’s a moment of crisis for Luciano Spalletti, but we need to have patience. The whole thing started badly and it is now difficult to get it sorted out. It depends on the people involved. This clearing of the air between the players has been asked a bit too much and now everyone is remaining firm in their positions.”

In conclusion Moratti underlined what he would to if he was still the President of Inter.

“I’d tell everyone to be professional, set aside the reasons why they’ve split down the middle, as the history of Inter and its fans are more important than their silly reasons. I think the players became frightened by the poor start and lost the necessary organisation to control the game. They need to approach the derby in a more relaxed state, remembering that it’s not like Milan are Real Madrid.”
