Vincenzo Pisacane has praised the professional way in which Inter defender Danilo D’Ambrosio carries himself as part of an interview with Radio Marte show ‘Si gonfia la rete.’

“D’Ambrosio is a great professional. He knows his limits and knows how to transform them into his strengths and I am really happy for the person and the professional that he is,” he said.

Pisacane also spoke on Sunday night’s Derby Della Madonnina which Inter won 3-2, thanks in part to a late block from his client to prevent Milan from making it 3-3.

“I never go at the Milan derbies, especially when Inter play as the  ‘away’ team. Inter strongly wanted to bring home the victory and I am happy because after a bit of a negative period, they deserved to win it.”

There has been a lot of talk about a new contract for D’Ambrosio in the media but Pisacane was not asked about the recent speculation.
