Inter have a long shortlist of players that they could potentially sign for the midfield and Tuttosport detail that there are several young talents on the list and it is not just exclusively filled with already top players.

Ivan Rakitic, Luka Modric, Toni Kroos and Mateo Kovacic are the ‘big’ players on the list while in terms of young players there is Tanguy Ndombele, Nicolo Barella, Sandro Tonali, Melih Ibrahimoglu and Ivan Sunjic.

The Turin based newspaper have taken a closer look at each of the final three names mentioned above, starting with Tonali.

Brescia’s president Massimo Cellino values him at over €30 million and Juventus are also understood to be keen admirers of him too.

Inter have had scouts watching him for quite some time and would be willing to send some young players in exchange or even allow Tonali to remain with Brescia on loan for another season to continue his development.

As for Ibrahimoglu, who has been compared to Arsenal’s Mesut Ozil, the 18-year-old Austrian midfielder is currently in the youth team at Rapid Vienna and is soon expected to be promoted to the first team.

Finally, Sunjic is currently on the books of Dinamo Zagreb and part of the Croatian under-21 set-up and the Nerazzurri have scouted him on several occasions.
