Things are almost back to normal for Mauro Icardi after a controversy filled past month and according to a report from Gazzetta dello Sport, he could make the squad for this weekend’s match against Lazio.

Icardi made a return to training with his Inter teammates at the tail end of last week and began full training again at the start of this week as he nears a recover after a month out with a knee problem.

The Milan based newspaper have also looked at the significance of club president Steven Zhang.

Zhang does not usually attend the team’s training sessions during the week and his presence can also be read as an additional signal of attention towards the path of reintegration of the Nerazzurri’s top scorer last season, but also as a way to make his own proximity to the whole Inter environment felt in the most important moment in the search for normality.
