Inter manager Luciano Spalletti is the 15th highest paid manager in European football according to data published by France Football.
France Football have published a 20 manager strong list including the highest salaries paid out to managers this season, including managers who have been sacked.
The highest earning manager is Atletico Madrid boss Diego Simeone who earns a mouth-watering €41 million a season, €10 million more than second placed Jose Mourinho. Thierry Henry, who had a very unsuccessful and short stint at Monaco is in third with a salary of €25.5 million.
Juventus manager Max Allegri is Serie A’s top paid manager with an annual salary of €13.5 million, good enough for him to place eighth on the list.
Spalletti’s 15th place ranking comes as a result of his annual €8.3 million pay packet which is surprisingly higher than that of Real Madrid manager Zinedine Zidane who earns just €7.5 million.
Antonio Conte, who is reportedly a potential successor to Spalletti at Inter is in 13th place with a salary of €11.3 million.
