With just five points separating the two sides, Inter welcome a high flying Atalanta to Stadio Giuseppe Meazza on Sunday evening.

The Bergamo outfit are unbeaten in six games and have won five of their last six away games. Inter have won their last four games against Atalanta at home.

Attack:
The Nerazzurri have score 47 goals, averaging 1.6 goals per game from 15.8 shots per game. Mauro Icardi marked his return to the squad midweek with a goal, his 10th overall in the league making him the club’s top scorer. Matteo Politano has four assists, completing 38 dribbles and also firing 60 shots (second highest after Perisic, 71) scoring just four goals.
Gasperini’s men are the highest scoring team in the division with 64 goals. They have also scored the most away goals with 35 goals. Duvan Zapata has netted 20 goals (only Sampdoria’s Fabio Quagliarella has more with 21) but he will be suspended for this fixture. Defence: 

Inter have the second best defence in Serie A with just 25 goals conceded. They have conceded the least amount of goals at home (seven). Brozovic has made 118 ball recoveries (41 more than any other player). Milan Skriniar has made 108 clearances, 33 more than his closest teammate.
Atalanta have conceded the most goals (24) on the road among the top seven teams. They haven’t kept a clean sheet in eight games (last clean sheet dates back to 4th February against Cagliari when they won 1-0).

Inter are second best in the league when it comes to possession with 56.3%. Brozovic has completed the most passes with 2092, averaging 77.5 passes per game with 7.2 long balls.
Atalanta have the best average ball possession in the league 56.6%, and 84.2% pass accuracy.
