Ajax defender Nicolas Tagliafico could join Inter this Summer with Inter wishing to bring in players to improve their full back department according to a report from Sport Italia.

The player’s agent had offered his services out to some lesser Serie A clubs but it then became apparent that Inter had an interest in him, the report states.

The 26-year-old is valued at €30 million by the Dutch giants, who he has played for since last January and who he is under contract with until the end of the 2021/22 season.

A 13-time full Argentine international, Tagliafico has made 37 appearances across all competitions for Ajax this season in which he has provided a very impressive five goals from left back and tallied six assists too.

The report from the Turin based newspaper goes on to detail that Tagliafico is just one of a number of full back’s that Inter are keeping tabs on with Fiorentina’s Cristiano Biraghi and Empoli’s Giovanni Di Lorenzo also being watched.
