Turin based newspaper Tuttosport have taken a look at the future of the coaching situation at Inter amid continued reports that current manager Luciano Spalletti will be removed and replaced come the end of the season.

“Spalletti is the present, but in the future of Inter there is Antonio Conte,” the report begins.

The truce signed for the sake of qualifying for the Champions League has only frozen the situation because in the summer there will be revolution. In short, everything has already been decided.

“Once Champions League qualification has been secured, there will be a chance for Inter management to analyse what has happened over the course of the season.”

The report goes on to conclude that it is unlikely to be regarded as a positive season.

“Given that Inter never managed to challenge Juventus for long and made premature exits from all cup competitions, they are likely to reach a negative conclusion from their analysis.”
