Turin based newspaper Tuttosport have briefly reported on Inter’s injury situation ahead of their game against Roma this weekend, focusing mainly on Borja Valero, Lautaro Martinez, and Marcelo Brozovic.

“Yesterday the Spaniard trained separately, but everyone is optimistic that he will be available on Saturday against Roma. It is easy to think that Spalletti can re-work the line up seen against Frosinone with the only change being whether or not Lautaro Martinez will take Mauro Icardi’s place as Lautaro has had more time to recover.

“Marcelo Brozovic is looking to make his return against Juve as the Croatian has his eyes set on being available for the derby d’Italia.”

These next two games will be very important for Inter’s Champions League qualification and Luciano Spalletti will be hopeful to have as many players available to him as possible.

Inter is currently in third place but must do well to defend their position as Milan and Roma are just a few steps behind.
