Juventus Consider Bringing Inter Linked Antonio Conte Back To The Club

Given the rumours surrounding Massimo Allegri’s position at Juventus, Italian broadcaster Sky Sport Italia report that the Bianconeri are considering bringing back Antonio Conte.

The former Juventus coach built and grew the foundations of the current dominant Bianconeri by winning three Scudettos in a row, a record Allegri has extended to today, but Juventus want more, namely the Champions League.

Sky revealed this news after Allegri made a public statement following their loss to Ajax, pleading his desire to continue working with Cristiano Ronaldo and the rest of the squad for the 2019/20 season, and also receiving the blessing of Juventus President Andrea Agnelli.

The former Italy and Chelsea coach has also been approached by Inter, but should Agnelli decide to replace Allegri, it’s hard to imagine Conte picking the Nerazzurri over his former club whom he represented both as a player and a coach.

This could mean that Inter CEO Beppe Marotta could go for Max Allegri to replace Luciano Spalletti.
