As per a report from Gazzetta dello Sport, Edin Dzeko is seeking a new challenge and should leave Roma come the end of the season.

The Bosnian striker has drawn links to Inter in recent weeks and months amid speculation that Mauro Icardi will be leaving the Nerazzurri following a series of off-field problems. At 33 and nearing the end of his playing days, Dzeko wants to try something new.

Dzeko has been with the Giallorossi since the Summer of 2016 and has went on to make 174 appearances in which he has scored 86 goals.

He is under contract with the Stadio Olimpico outfit through to the end of next season and the chances of a renewal are reportedly slim and for this reason, Roma are looking to cash in on the former Manchester City forward.

This season Dzeko has scored 13 goals and tallied eight assists in 35 appearances across all competitions and is seen as a good team player.
