Inter coach Luciano Spalletti will be pleased to find that Marcelo Brozivic is back and fit to play against Juventus on Saturday night at the Stadio Giuseppe Meazza.

The midfielder worked on his own yesterday, but between today and tomorrow he will return to training with the group and, according to Milano based newspaper Gazzetta dello Sport, he should be available for the derby d’Italia.

“Inter will be happy to see that their playmaker is back. Brozovic is one of the very few players that are considered indispensable for the team. Spalletti was the one who changed Brozovic’s role and increased his level of performance exponentially.”

“Brozovic is fantastic at setting the tempo of the match, running and covering space while the team does not have possession of the ball, and being a good solution for set pieces. His return will allow Spalletti to face Juventus with a strong team.”

“Luciano Spalletti’s record against the Bianconeri is not the greatest: 2 victories in 26 games, with 20 defeats.”
