Radja Nainggolan will be hoping to score his first goal for Inter against top six opposition when the Belgian lines up to face Juventus this evening.

Nainggolan has so far scored four goals in Serie A since joining the Nerazzurri last summer, but all four have come against so-called lesser opponents: Bologna, Genoa, Sampdoria and Frosinone.

The 30-year-old has yet to leave his mark on a big match this season and will be motivated to do just that when Inter play Juventus at San Siro, the club for which Nainggolan has always borne a grudge.

“It was in the big games that Nainggolan always made the difference when playing for Roma, but that hasn’t happened yet for Inter,” Tuttosport said today.

“The match against Juventus would seem like the perfect opportunity for him to break his duck, though, given that he has always experienced matches against the Bianconeri with great intensity.”
