Inter Have No Intention Of Keeping Spalletti In Charge

Inter have no intention of keeping Luciano Spalletti on the bench for next season according to a report from Corriere dello Sport.

The Italian manager’s future has long been in the balance as rumours on possible successors persist and the Rome based newspaper detail that it is between current Juventus manager Max Allegri and former Chelsea manager Antonio Conte to takeover the reigns at Inter.

Roma are particularly keen on bringing Conte in but the former Italian national team manager is seeking assurances over finances that can meet his ambitions.

Conte has also heavily been linked with a return to Juventus with Allegri’s future at the helm of the Bianconeri in doubt despite the unprecedented domestic success in recent years.

If Inter are to miss out on Conte to Juventus, it is highly unlikely that Inter chief executive Giuseppe ‘Beppe’ Marotta will allow Inter to miss out on Max Allegri.
