Inter Vice President Javier Zanetti, joined in on the choir of former Inter players who took to social media to commemorate the 9th anniversary of what has been dubbed in Nerazzurri folklore as “The Sweetest Defeat.”
The former Inter captain took to his official Instagram account remembering the 1-0 defeat against Barcelona in the return leg of the Champions League semifinal which meant that Inter still progressed to the final.
He posted the photo’s below together with the caption: “28/04/2010. An unforgettable moment against a great team. We are going to Madrid.”
