Inter youngster Sebastiano Esposito has spoken on playing at Primavera level for the club despite only being 16-years-old.

“Playing in the Primavera is a wonderful experience and it is a great honour for me as I am playing above my age group, I am one step ahead,” he remarked in an interview with Inter’s in-house television channel Inter TV.

The Italian youth international is regarded as one of the top prospects among Inter’s youth ranks. Having starred for Inter’s under 17 side scoring 16 goals in 14 games, he was promoted to Armando Madonna’s Primavera where he has six goals in 16 appearances. All in all, he has 32 goals in 53 appearances across all levels for Inter.

Back in February of this year he also made history as he made his first team debut for Inter against Eintracht Frankfurt in the Europa League. In doing so, he became the youngest Inter player in the club’s history to feature in a European match.
