Bundesliga outfit Eintracht Frankfurt and La Liga giants Real Madrid have not agreed terms for the transfer of Serbian international striker Luka Jovic, according to the German club’s Sporting Director, Fredi Bobic.

When speaking with ESPN FC, Bobic rubbished reports in the Spanish press suggesting that a deal for the prolific young striker between the club’s had been agreed.

“There has been no contact with Real Madrid. For once, I don’t have to use a white lie, they really haven’t been in touch yet. I know them very well.”

According to ESPN FC, several top clubs across Europe have been in contact with Eintracht Frankfurt including Paris Saint-Germain and Real Madrid, but no deal has been agreed with any club over the striker, who this season has scored 26 goals in 44 appearances across all competitions.

Inter have been linked with a move for the former Benfica player but any interest hinges on Mauro Icardi leaving the Nerazzurri, something that is looking less and less likely with every passing day.
