According to Gazzetta dello Sport, Napoli are not giving up in their attempts to sign Inter linked Rodrigo De Paul from Udinese.

Napoli could wrap up a deal for the Argentinian for around €15 million after De Paul expressed his willingness to the transfer to Napoli’s sporting director, Cristiano Giuntoli.

Napoli have great relations with Udinese as the two presidents have made several deals in the last decade, from Inler to Allan, to the more recent deals for Meret and Karnezis, who arrived last Summer.

De Paul has been a target for Inter since last Summer and it seemed like he was destined to join the Nerazzurri during the upcoming Summer transfer window, but it looks like Napoli have other things in mind.

This season the versatile 24-year-old has netted nine goals and tallied four assists in 35 appearances across all competitions for the Bianconeri, who could still yet be relegated to Serie B.
