Signing Paulo Dybala from Juventus continues to look difficult for Inter, therefore one of Romelu Lukaku or Edin Dzeko will replace Mauro Icardi at Inter once he departs the club during the upcoming Summer transfer window according to a report from Tuttosport.

Lukaku currently earns €9 million a season at Manchester United which complicates matters for Inter but Ivan Perisic could help out.

Inter could look to include the Croatian winger as part of any deal for the Belgian striker to bring the overall cost down.

There is unlikely to be much opposition from Perisic to this idea given he dreams of playing in the Premier League.

As for Dzeko, he is a much cheaper alternative to Lukaku. He would be available for around €10 million and has an annual salary of €6.5 million in the Italian capital at Roma.

The report goes on to state that whilst Inter were offered Alexis Sanchez by his agent in the past few days, if they are to make any effort to sign a new winger, all that effort will go toward signing Fiorentina’s Federico Chiesa.
