Mauro Icardi has no desire to leave Inter nor is he willing to help the club out by accepting being part of a swap deal or a move elsewhere a report from Sport Mediaset claims.

“Mauro Icardi has no intention of leaving Inter, he and Wanda do not even remotely think about leaving Milan,” the report from the broadcaster begins.

“The Argentine does not want to help Inter by entering an exchange or accepting a sale that would help finance the dream move for Federico Chiesa and has already made it known that he would not like to go to Atletico Madrid, who are looking for an Antoine Griezmann replacement.

“Icardi could think of a goodbye from the club only in the event of indispensable offers from top-class clubs arriving. Marotta knows that this risks blocking all the Nerazzurri’s summer plans.”

The 26-year-old has made 35 appearances across all competitions, scoring 16 goals and tallying five assists in 2857 minutes.
