Danilo D’Ambrosio and Marcelo Brozovic are back and available to Luciano Spalletti for Inter’s upcoming game against Napoli as both players have served their one match suspensions.

But in today’s paper edition of the newspaper, Rome based Corriere dello Sport looks at Inter’s Matteo Politano and Stefan de Vrij and assess their injury situations and the likelihood of the duo featuring against Napoli.

“According to the rumour mill around Pinetina, there is optimism about Matteo Politano, but it could be risky to use the player if he is not fully fit. In fact, it would make little sense to run the risk of losing Politano for the game against Empoli, as that game is likely to be the decisive one.”

“De Vrij is doing better, he has completed a personalized training session yesterday with partial work on the pitch. If within the next few days, the Dutchman is ready to return to training with the group, then he has a very good chance of being in the starting eleven against Napoli.”
