Sampdoria are evaluating a number of players for should they have to replace Joachim Andersen during the upcoming Summer transfer window according to a report from Tuttosport.

Andersen is understood to have a wealth of interest in his services from a host of clubs across Europe and one player that La Samp are keeping tabs on is Inter owned Alessandro Bastoni, who is currently on loan at fellow Serie A side Parma.

As per the report the Blucerchiati could make a loan with redemption option for the Italian youth international and would also allow for Inter to have a buy back option on the 20-year-old central defender.

Bastoni joined Inter from Atalanta in the Summer of 2017 and spent the following season back on loan with the Bergamo club.

He joined Parma last Summer in order to get some important first team minutes and he has made 23 appearances across all competitions to date for the Ducali.
