Inter Make Enquiry For Bayern Munich Defender Jerome Boateng

Inter have made an enquiry to Bayern Munich with regard to the availability of centre back Jerome Boateng according to a report from BILD.

The German defender has not seen as much playing time as he would have hoped for under Niko Kovac at the Bavarian club and for this reason, they are understood to be open to selling him if the right offer arrives.

He has largely found himself behind Mats Hummels and Niklas Sule and with Benjamin Pavard and Lucas Hernandez on their way into the club this Summer, playing time would only likely be further reduced for the 30-year-old.

As per the German newspaper, Bayern are looking to get around €20 million for the former Manchester City player whose playing time has also been limited by injuries in recent seasons.

In the just concluded season, the 76 time German international made 28 appearances across all competitions. In 2389 minutes, he managed to provide two assists.
