Pirlo: “Inter Find Themselves Playing For Everything On The Last Day Like Last Year, I Hope It Goes The Same Way”

Former Inter midfielder Andrea Pirlo has shared his thoughts on Inter’s performance against Napoli and looked ahead to next weekend’s season finale with Empoli, where Champions League qualification is on the line.

“Napoli played a great game, Inter had even more motivation but the greater quality of Napoli’s players prevailed,” he began his analysis as he appeared as a guest on Sky Sport Calcio Club.

“For sure Inter will get a little anxious because they will be playing their final game of the season against a team that are playing for their safety.

“Inter find themselves playing for everything on the last day of the season, just like last year. I hope that it can go the same way.”
