Josè Daniel Jimenez Pozanco, the agent of Atletico Madrid ace Thomas Partey has discussed Inter’s reported interest in signing his client this Summer.
“Inter, like Atletico Madrid, are a top club,” he told FCInterNews.it.
“He has a €50 million release clause in his contract. In football everything is possible. You just have to look at both Diego Godin and Antoine Griezmann leaving the club.”
He then spoke on what kind of player his client is.
“He is a Pogba-like player, a box-to-box midfielder.
“He has a lot of quality and can score goals too and does more defensively than the Frenchman. For me, Thomas is a stronger player than Pogba, but being an African he has much less press than the United player does.”
This season the 25-year-old has made 42 appearances across all competitions for Los Colchoneros. In 2723 minutes on the park, the Ghanaian international has scored three goals and has tallied six assists.
