Inter are only waiting for the Serie A season to end this weekend against Empoli, before announcing Antonio Conte as the club’s new coach, Italian broadcaster SportMediaset reports.

According to the report, the Nerazzurri will announce Conte’s arrival and Spalletti’s departure early next week, a few days after their fate in the Serie A is known.

Conte will sign a three year deal with the Nerazzurri and has been promised by club CEO Marotta, that the club will do everything in it’s power to try and sign Fiorentina’s Federico Chiesa as well as Manchester United’s Belgian international Romelu Lukaku.

“Next week after the Serie A has concluded, Conte’s arrival will be made official. The former Italy national team coach will sign a three year contract where he will earn €9 million net per season.”

“Conte has also been told by the club that they will definitely try to sign Federico Chiesa, as well as trying to see if it is possible to negotiate a deal for Romelu Lukaku who is valued at €100 million and earns €15 million per season.”

“It is much easier to see that Inter will end up with Dzeko whilst Matteo Darmian’s name has once again become a popular one for the wing-back position.”
