Jose Mourinho has rejected the advances of Juventus to become their next manager due to his past at their arch-rivals Inter according to a report from AS.

The Bianconeri recently announced that they would be parting ways with long-serving manager Max Allegri come the end of the season and Mourinho’s name has been one of the first to be linked with the upcoming vacancy at the Allianz Stadium.

Although compatriot Cristiano Ronaldo was seemingly urging Juventus to go after Mourinho, the former Inter boss, who famously led the Nerazzurri to the treble, has no interest in taking up the post.

The report goes on to state that Mourinho, who was most recently in charge at Manchester United, has had an abundance of offers made to him in the five months since his sacking from the Red Devils. Offers have arrived from elsewhere in England, Italy, China and a number of other countries.
