Inter’s Dutch international central defender Stefan de Vrij, stopped by InterTV ahead of tonight’s season finale in the Serie A against Empoli, at the Stadio Giuseppe Meazza in Milano’s San Siro district, with kick-off scheduled for 20.30 CET.
The former Lazio man was asked who has the most to lose tonight but rubbished those talks saying that Inter are focused on the task at hand.
“We don’t see it things in this manner, we are sure that we can win and we have to win. The only thing that matters tonight is this.”
“We have trained well this week, as we always do. We know that we have to give everything we have to win tonight. We are only focused on the task we have in our own hands.”
In conclusion de Vrij was asked how he feels given that he has been sidelined following an injury, but he underlined that he is fully recovered.
