Regardless of what happens tomorrow, it will be a new Inter according to a report from Gazzetta dello Sport.

The Nerazzurri are to face Empoli tonight in the Serie A 2018/19 finale with Champions League qualification on the line. Inter must win to ensure their place in European football’s top continental club competition.

Qualification would bring in €63 million, €50 million from UEFA themselves whilst the other €13 million will come from sponsors.

Inter manager Luciano Spalletti will not be part of the new Inter. No matter what happens tonight, Inter and him will go their separate ways with Antonio Conte expected to replace him in charge.

Despite being the largest ‘what could/should have been’ of Inter’s season, Radja Nainggolan will also be part of the new Inter. The Belgian’s first season at Inter did not go entirely to plan with his season disrupted by several injuries and a few off-field issues.

Like Spalletti, Mauro Icardi will also be on his way out of the club. Inter’s owners Suning have already discarded him and Inter will bring in Edin Dzeko and another striker.
