Arsenal and Tottenham Hotspur have both been scouting Fenerbahce starlet Eljif Elmas recently according to a report from TurkishFootball.com.
Spurs specifically scouted the Macedonian on three occasions throughout the season but as per the report, the most serious interest in him is coming from Italy.
Inter are one of three clubs within the Italian peninsula to have shown an interest in signing the 19-year-old. They are very keen and are said to be preparing an offer to bring him to San Siro in the upcoming Summer transfer window.
Lazio and Napoli are meanwhile both also interested in signing him and both clubs have been in contact with officials from the Turkish giants over a possible move for him.
The report goes on to state that due to Fenerbahce’s financial situation they are in a position where they need to sell some players and for the right price, they would be willing to let Elmas depart the club.
